Pinnacle Cleaning is a family-owned and operated Oriental and Area Rug cleaning and washing company, servicing the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse NY area. We have been in the industry for over 30 years. Kevin is a CleanTrust (formerly the IICRC) certified Master Textile Cleaner and a CleanTrust certified Rug Cleaning Technician. Kevin has also completed the WoolSafe (R) training program. He has learned from many industry experts, such as Aaron Groseclose, Jeff Bishop, Ruth Travis, and several others.
Pinnacle Cleaning offers full immersion washing, extraction cleaning, dry cleaning, and a combination of methods that we will match to your rug. We use the Rug Badger soil separator to remove as much dry particulate matter as we can prior to the actual cleaning. Depending on factors including age and construction, we hang rugs to dry, or dry them flat in our climate controlled facility. We offer free pickup and delivery in the Monroe County area, and a discount if you drop rugs off at our Rochester location for cleaning.
